What it is: When words are unnecessary. Gentle or deeper touch-based work that helps the body “digest” stress and return to balance.
I connect mind and body
In integrative body therapy, I don’t see clients as “broken” — I see people who want to move forward. Often the mind has everything figured out, but the body still remembers old defenses.
My aim is to create a safe space where these two parts can meet — where the mind understands and the body has room to experience what it needs.
How a session works
Tuning in & agreement
We start with what’s alive right now. We agree on boundaries and whether you want to talk or stay in silence.
The work
We move at a safe pace — through breath, attention, dialogue, or touch. I check in continuously.
Integration
We leave space at the end for things to settle, so you can carry the experience into everyday life.

My approach comes from long-term training in body-based work. I create a grounded space for people who are used to handling demanding situations — and who want to better sense what’s happening inside.
